mrsdizzie	4ed7d2a2bb	Remove last traces of has-emoji class (#11263 ) Now that emojify.js has been removed, get rid of all instances of has-emoji class that was only used for that. This lets you create individual labels for organizations that can be used for all repos under that organization (so being able to reuse the same label across multiple repos). This makes it possible for small organizations with many repos to use labels effectively.
